Sync CKAN datasets with external RDF store (e.g. Virtuoso). Provides a paster command rdfstoresync to trigger synchronization. Note: The actual sync functionality is not yet implemented - the run_sync command contains a TODO comment and does not perform any RDF store synchronization.
