The ckanext-handle plugin enables interaction with Handle.net persistent identifier service. Sysadmins can create, register, update and delete handle records via the CKAN API. Automatically creates handle records for every public and active dataset and resource. Includes a citation_view plugin that adds a citation page for resources. Supports development mode without server connection using debug logs.
