This extension adds a date/year filter functionality to CKAN search facets. It allows users to filter datasets based on temporal metadata, providing a date picker interface for selecting date ranges. The extension uses bootstrap-datepicker.js and Moment.js libraries for the date selection UI. Originally started by Sean Hammond, it has been maintained by EUDAT-B2FIND for their research data discovery platform. Note: This repository was archived on April 25, 2022 and is now read-only.
